iPad Reading Experience
Publishing using MS Word
New SavvyDox for Mac
Are you using iPads in your hospital? How do you distribute current protocols and policies to those devices?
What is the impact on your Federal Funding if you fail an audit because your doctors and nurses don’t have the current versions of protocols and policies?
As a hospital administrator, how do you know if doctors and nurses are even reading the protocols?
SavvyDox, an intuitive and easy to use application will ensure version control, support iPads, and tracks who has read which versions of a document.
Version Control
SavvyDox always ensures that your doctors and nurses have the same version of a document – the current one! You don’t have to go searching for the changes, SavvyDox highlights the pages that have changes using page thumbnails, so that changes can be implemented immediately reducing cost and hopefully saving lives. No more worrying about missing that important change.
Easy to Use with minimal training
The simple and refreshingly intuitive user interface provides you with that capability using a SaaS model that doesn’t cost a fortune to start up and your team can be fully productive within 10 minutes of watching a brief online video tutorial.
Mobile and Desktop support
SavvyDox runs on an iPad or a Windows based PC. A Mac client will be available shortly.
Security
The documents are transmitted securely encrypted from the cloud server to purpose built iPad and PC readers. The documents are stored encrypted on the PC and iPad using the native encryption capabilities of those devices.
Parallel and Synergistic Collaboration for protocol development
SavvyDox’s unique change control process allows all users to share their suggested changes while the protocol is being developed in a parallel review process that provides the author with one stream of suggested changes sequentially aligned by document location.
Microsoft Word Change Tracking Alternative
SavvyDox provides an easy to use alternative to MS Word Change Tracking that eliminates all the various colors and strikeouts that are so frustrating to see – even while you still continue to use Microsoft Word to create and modify your documents.
